If I switch from the Resideo App to the First Alert App what will happen to my current integrations?

At launch, users currently enrolled in Demand Response / 3rd Party Energy Savings programs / 3rd Party Smart Home controls (Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, etc.) are encouraged to use their current app (Resideo / Honeywell Home, TCC, TC2.0) until full integration between the mobile apps is complete.

Current Resideo app users that do wish to use the First Alert app will need to delete their existing devices from their current app (Resideo / Honeywell Home), then follow the First Alert app steps to add those devices to the First Alert app ("+ Add Device" from the First Alert Dashboard app screen) Any Demand Response / 3rd Party Energy Savings programs / 3rd Party Smart Home controls (Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, etc.) will need to be re-enrolled (see the program-owners website or mobile app for more info on re-enrolling).
