HOW DO I ADD TECHNICIANS TO MY PRO PORTAL ACCOUNT?

A company administrator can add technicians to their company's Pro Portal Account by completing the following steps:

  1. Login to Pro Portal.
  2. Find the Invite Team Members tile and select ""Invite""
  3. Add employee information and send.

The invited employee will receive an email invite with instructions on how to setup their account.

HOW DOES A COMPANY SIGN-UP FOR PRO-IQ ESSENTIALS?

To sign-up for Pro-IQ Essentials the company administrator will need to complete the following in the Pro Portal:

 

  1. Sign-in to Pro Portal
  2. Click on 'Services & Subscriptions'
  3. Purchase Pro-IQ Essentials
  4. Add Logo & Company Information

Yes, you may go through the claiming process and apply the service at a later date. Once you subscribe to the service, your homeowners will see your logo and company contact information.
