SERVICE SET-UP
HOW DO I ADD TECHNICIANS TO MY PRO PORTAL ACCOUNT?
A company administrator can add technicians to their company's Pro Portal Account by completing the following steps:
- Login to Pro Portal.
- Find the Invite Team Members tile and select ""Invite""
- Add employee information and send.
The invited employee will receive an email invite with instructions on how to setup their account.

HOW DOES A COMPANY SIGN-UP FOR PRO-IQ ESSENTIALS?
To sign-up for Pro-IQ Essentials the company administrator will need to complete the following in the Pro Portal:
- Sign-in to Pro Portal
- Click on 'Services & Subscriptions'
- Purchase Pro-IQ Essentials
- Add Logo & Company Information

CAN I CLAIM HOMES BEFORE I SUBSCRIBE TO PRO-IQ ESSENTIALS?
Yes, you may go through the claiming process and apply the service at a later date. Once you subscribe to the service, your homeowners will see your logo and company contact information.
